I've been a wafer so long

Life currently = BFP work, theatre work and some basic home stuff as well. I went to Glasgow on Saturday morning for about an hour and managed to come back with some kind of infection - like flu but without the sneezing and coughing, just the sore head, sore throat, high temperature and general confusion. Also the dog is being weird for some reason and has taken to howling and whining in the night, but that's something we're working on.

I'm posting a couple of youtube videos now. Some blogs end up having lots and lots of videos but I feel I haven't been relying on them too much lately so it shouldn't upset the balance of things.

Microsoft have released a product called Songsmith. If you haven't heard of this it's fantastic in principal but generally awful in practice. The idea is that you can sing into it whilst keeping time with a metronome and Songsmith constructs a musical arrangement around whatever you've sung.

Here's the advert for it (look out for the Apple laptop - it's the first computer you see):

What people are actually doing with it is putting in vocal-only mixes of proper songs and generating comedy gold.
